Positions for 2012 include:

  • Pantry Chef - Responsible for desserts, salads and some appetizers
  • Server - Must be TIPS certified (or willing to get certified to sell alcohol); Minimum of two years experience in serving in a restaurant
  • Line Cook - Two years experience in a busy restaurant with grilling, sauteeing and frying experience required
