Positions for 2015 season include:
- General Manager - Must have experience in managing all aspects of a restaurant and bar with proven results
- Server - Must be a Team Player that is TIPS and/or ServSafe Certified with at least three years experience in a fast-paced environment
- Part Time Line Cook - Must have at least four years experience working the grill in a fast paced environment
- Bartender - Must be TIPS certified; Minimum of two years experience in bartending and serving food and at least two years as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
